Submittal Procedures
To enable the residents of Oldfield Pointe the
ability to preserve the value and desirability of their homes, the
Developer of the subdivision established rules and procedures to control
the quality and appearance of improvements made by the homeowners.
Such improvements include, but are not limited to: building a
fence, swimming pool, room addition, patio or shed.
To obtain approval for an
improvement, an Application for
Approval of Home Improvement should be submitted to
Don Peterson, Committee Chairperson.
In most cases, construction plans or drawings and the plot map of
your property showing the proposed changes are also needed.
You will get a response within a week or two.
